Transferring to NACSC

 To transfer to NACSC from another club, please provide surnames and NSW swimming membership numbers for all transferring family members to the NACSC registrar.

 

The NACSC registrar will place the request in the system and the registrar of the club you are transferring from approves it.

 

There are no fees associated with transferring.

Swimmer:        $95.00

Non-Swimmer: $23.00

Junior Dolphin (7yrs & under): $0

Family Packages are being offered: $5 off per "extra" swimmer.

(i.e. 2nd swimmer is $90, 3rd swimmer $85, 4th swimmer $80)

 

Winter Club Night Entry Fee: $30

General Membership Information

Memberships are very family based. NSW Swimming would like all members to join as family groups and make single payments to cover the whole family. The system automatically associates family groups with club discount packages and calculates the total family fee accordingly.

 

NAC require all U15 swimmers to have a parent/guardian join. Typically, the parent/guardian joins as a non-swimmer.

 

New Memberhships

The preferred method is to join and pay online. Membership forms will soon appear in the foyer and we would appreciate if new members would also fill this form out and place it in the box. This is a manual backup that ensures we know you are joining in case something goes wrong with the registration system. If you are not comfortable joining online, this allows the registrar to contact you directly and organise an alternative.

 

Membership Renewals

All existing NACSC members have been grouped into families. Each family should have already received an email containing a link allowing them to renew and pay for the family in one payment online. If you have not received this email yet, please contact the NACSC registrar.

Payment is by credit/debit card only.

No username or password will be required.

 

The system determines your total payment based on the family group and taking the family discount packages into account. You will not be able to make changes via this link. If the amount is incorrect or there are any other issues, you should not pay and then contact the NACSC registrar. The registrar can make the required changes to the system and cause the family email to be resent.
