They're Official and Intermediate success

It was nice to turn up at Club Night to find 12 timekeepers ready and waiting for the first of our swimmers to hit the water. As a result, the times are official and can be used by the swimmers to enter meets with a qualifying time. On another note, I have been observing swimmers in the “Intermediate Events” and I can see them improving with each attempt. In particular, one young swimmer has progressively improved week after week and after coming agonisingly close last week, this week he completed his 50 metre Breaststroke perfectly. Well done Samuel McGoogan, to me it was definitely the “Swim of the night” and gave me as much pleasure as it gave you.

Yay!!! I'm so proud of him, all his hard work is paying off. He hasn't been the fastest this season as he's been perfecting his stroke rather than his times and it shows. Well done mate!

    Well done Samuel! Fantastic achievement!
Great to see our club swimmers developing and improving.
Even greater to see the club acknowledging this and encouraging our younger swimmers

It's Fantastic to be a member of a club, working together and acknowledging all achievements on all levels. Creates a positive environment for our children.
