To strap or not to strap that is the question. Actually in many cases it’s not the question, but more often than not, it’s a dilemma. If you find it necessary to have strapping applied to your body consider the implications it may have when swimming in a NSW sanctioned swim meet. The rules of swimming give the Referee the power to allow or not allow a swimmer the right enter the water with strapping on their body. If you have strapping you must always report to the Referee before the start of any session to obtain their approval to wear the strapping. The Referee’s decision is final and must always be sought. Failure to report strapping before you swim will more often than not result in a disqualification. If you’re in doubt as to what is allowed and what isn’t, talk to one of the Club’s Referees. Over and out.....see you on pooldeck on 19th July, 2013.

Fascinating blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere? A design like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make my blog jump out. Please let me know where you got your design. Many thanks

Hi, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, fantastic blog!

Hello! I realize this is sort of off-topic however I needed to ask. Does managing a well-established website like yours take a lot of work? I am completely new to writing a blog but I do write in my diary every day. I'd like to start a blog so I can share my personal experience and feelings online. Please let me know if you have any ideas or tips for brand new aspiring bloggers. Thankyou!
